Directions for use

Massage before bathing or showering, without wetting your skin or brush. You can use gentle, slow strokes for a relaxing effect or short, quick strokes for a more stimulating effect.
Start at the soles of your feet and work your way up toward your buttocks, toward your heart. Follow the lines of your veins and long muscles. When you reach your back, move your movements from your spine outward. Massage your forearms and upper arms in the same way toward your heart, from your wrists to your shoulders. Finally, use gentle, clockwise circular motions to massage your stomach and chest. Apply as much pressure as you feel comfortable.
Most people prefer more intense pressure on thicker parts of the skin and less on more sensitive areas.
