Directions for use
Massage before bathing or showering, on dry skin. Start from the soles of your feet, moving up towards your buttocks, always towards the heart. Follow the lines of your veins and muscles. For the back, direct movements from the spine outwards. For the arms, from the wrists towards the shoulders. Finish with clockwise circular movements on the stomach and chest. Adjust pressure according to the area.
